Pinhole
Detector - PHD6Kv for Diathermy Instruments
The
PHD6Kv is the device of choice for ensuring the the insulation on
diathermy instruments is intact and the instrument will not pose
a hazard to either an operator or a patient. The device is powered
by a re-chargable battery. No special technique is required and
audible and visual indicators confirm fault detection. The testing
procedure itself will not damage instuments being tested.

Continuity
Tester - CT9v for
Diathermy Cables
The CT9v will detect open circuit faults on diathermy Leads with
4mm plug ends or hook ends; an adapter is available for testing
leads with Bovey 8mm plug ends.
The
unit can also be used to test Bipolar Leads fitted with twin 4mm
plugs for open circuit faults. Adapters for other machine-end connectors
may be available.
The
Continuity Tester is supplied complete with a PP3 9V battery and
full operating instructions.

Finger
Switch Test Unit - FST1 for hand-switching pencils
The
FST1 can be used to confirm that hand-switching pencils are working
correctly. A colour-coded L.E.D sequence will expose any defects
in the switching mechanism. A battery test button has also been
included.
